What is your top personal value, how do you define the value, and can you share a story about how you exemplify that value in the world?
My top personal value is helping people through challenges. Personal value means what I can contribute to others. I help families everyday find homes to begin or continue through their life. Every person’s journey is different. One story that comes to mind is the story of one of my clients whose husband died while they were moving. She was an elderly woman who got remarried later in life and he died unexpectedly. I helped her move into a home and since she didn't have anyone to help her. I did. I rented a van and packed all her things.
Love that story, it really shows how you will go the extra mile to help people who need it.
What do you do when you aren’t working? Can you share your interests, hobbies, and time wasters with readers?
I am an ironman triathlete. I love volunteering at my local triathlon organisation. I love golfing with friends, walking my rescue dog with my fiancé daily and traveling. I have completed 6 ironman events and I am proud of doing things that others find difficult or impossible.
What makes you unique, can you share a story most people don’t experience that you have?
I don't really think I am unique. I just try to be uncommon amongst uncommon people.
I think being an ironman triathlete is pretty unique, I couldn’t keep up. It takes a lot of dedication to be able to compete at that level of fitness.
What is your professional role?
I am a realtor. I help people sell and purchase homes.
What do you love about what you do and how you help others?
I help people with their most expensive ventures and hopefully set them up for future success. I love the whole process. I believe that selling or purchasing a home should be a fun.
