I'm the owner of a PR firm in New York and oversee all client relations and digital marketing.

I help women have a voice for their personal brands.

What is your top personal value?

My personal value is to do the best I possibly can for anyone I work with because overdelivering and underpromising always produces a great result.

What do you do when you aren't working?

I am an endurance runner and I love to spend time with my family.

What makes you unique?

I think the way that I look at world makes me unique. Although I am very skeptical about everything and everyone, I still give everyone the benefit of the double.

What do you love about what you do and how do you help others?

I love working with my team because each person has strength where I am weak.

Can you define the word Entrepreneur?

Entrepreneurship is the process of creating a new business, product or service. The entrepreneur is the person who embarks on this journey and takes on the risks in order to pursue his/her dreams.

The definition of an entrepreneur is not just limited to business owners but also includes those who start up a company, create a product or service from scratch, or even create an online community.

Entrepreneurship can be difficult and even risky at times. It is important for entrepreneurs to have strong skillsets that help them navigate through their journey as they take on many responsibilities such as marketing, finance, and human resources management

What did you do before you became an entrepreneur or business owner?

I worked in management consulting

What happened to inspire you to start a business or buy one?

I was laid off from my job so I started a business. That was during the Financial Crisis.

How do you assess an idea, risk, or opportunity to ensure it is the right one for you?

Yes, always because my team and my mental health are the most important elements of my business.

What is the number one skill a successful Entrepreneur or Business Owner needs to possess to be successful?

Successful entrepreneurs and business owners need to have a good understanding of their target audience. They should also be able to think creatively, strategize, and adapt to change.

A successful entrepreneur or business owner needs to possess a combination of skills. They need to know how to effectively use technology, work with people, and manage finances.

It is important for entrepreneurs and business owners to understand that they are not the only person in the company who needs these skills. It is also important for them to hire people who have these skills so that they can support their growth as an entrepreneur or business owner.

When you started what mistake or failure taught you the most about running a business?

I started my first business when I was 25. I had a lot of drive and passion, but I was also very naive. One of the biggest mistakes I made was not being prepared for the long-term.

I have learned over time that it's important to set goals for your business and be realistic about how much you can achieve with your current resources.

What support did you have?

I had my family's support. They were always there for me.

How do you stay motivated to keep trying when there is a set back?

I am very proud of my work in creating a buzz around the launch of a new product that has received tremendous response from the public.

The launch of this product was so successful that I was able to get the client an interview on national morning television.
