What is your top personal value?
Customer service, whether I am running a club or selling insurance, providing quality customer service really makes a difference. I have found that just listening to your customers is something most people don't do. I make a point of actually listening to my customers, and then re-act properly. That seems to have a positive outcome.
As a Business owner I set customer service standards and Hired/Fired up to 125 people. As a Producer, I have a podcast and put together comedy fundraisers for charities.
What do you do when you aren't working?
I love spending time on my podcast; but as for hobbies, I am a golfer and a scuba diver. So I travel often to Hawaii for both. At Home, my "relaxation" is as a gamer...so I play video games for approx. 1 hr day.
What makes you unique?
As a entertainment producer I have had the pleasure to be "shussed" by Joan Rivers, hung out in front of a movie theater with Steve Martin, had Robin Williams on my stage twice, and had the joy of having Soupy Sales throw a pie in my face!

Helping others while having a good time

I start every day with a "To-Do" list. My daily goal is to complete the list whatever the distractions.
Do you have a before story where life wasn't great.
I have been Bankrupt twice, very poor, and even had the IRS in my business collecting cash as it came in....I feel behind a little.Despite never having lots of cash; i have been able to create businesses and hire many people.
Was there a catalyst that happened to inspire you to want a better life?
I grew up in the lower middle class, and my folks divorced when i was 10. i had to start working at a young age and helped my Mother all I could. I was out of the house at 15, and started my first company at age 17....always with the knowledge that I was on my own and no one would be supporting or helping my financially.
Who helped you to create the life you have today.
Sadly, I didn't have a mentor. My Dad was gone most the time and I didn't have anyone to look up to; maybe why i have a strong ego and prefer doing things my way (I was fired a lot by others...Ha!)
What things did you try doing that didn't help you create a better life?
I was always looking for the next adventure...that led to wasting lots of money; but interesting stories. Like owning a tourist submarine in Monterey,CA. Lots of fun; but huge financial disaster!
What thing helped you to change and create a better life?
Believing in myself and taking risks. Yes, I failed plenty of times; but I always had fun and whether a loss or a win, I always learned something!
Write a letter of inspiration to those who are where you were before, what do they need to know to help them to keep trying for a better life?
Believe in yourself and when you find your dream job or career...go for it! So many just talk about their dreams; you have to take Walt Disney's advice: "Stop talking about it, start doing it".
Do you have a goal or a vision of the life you want for yourself that you'd like to share with others?
The freedom and financial ability to do exactly what I want, when I want...no stress!

Not really, as mentioned, i depend on "me"; so not searching for guidance...maybe that is a mistake??
