Susanita de Diego is an experienced REALTOR® in Calgary and the surrounding areas including Country Residential Real Estate and the towns of Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Strathmore, Chestermere, and Langdon.

As a member of the Calgary Real Estate Board, she has her finger on the pulse of the industry and can interpret the market data to provide the correct information to help her clients make the best decisions for them.

When Susanita started her Real Estate career, she discovered being a REALTOR® gave her the opportunity to help people and be of service.

Being of service is what drives Susanita. Whether she is serving clients, her team, the REALTORS® in her brokerage, or the members of the Calgary Real Estate Board, people come first.

It’s more than helping her clients sell their home or find a home, it is about helping to present the property in the best light, ensuring she has used her knowledge to obtain the best terms for her clients, and being her clients’ advocate while negotiating.

Meet Calgary Realtor® Marietta Mair

Marietta is an integral member of the Coldwell Banker Complete Real Estate team and shines in her role as a Licensed Assistant to Susanita de Diego, our Owner/Broker. Marietta brings over 16 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant primarily in the oil and gas sector. Her passion for Real Estate has given her the inspiration to take the ‘leap of faith’ that was needed to make the transition to join our organization. In 2020, Marietta became a licensed REALTOR®.

Having personally bought and sold numerous properties, including investment properties, Marietta brings her personal experiences and knowledge when engaging with clients to ensure the best client care is provided.

Marietta believes communication is the number one priority when it comes to providing the best service. Staying in touch and keeping clients up to date is an essential part of what she does every day.

Family is high on her list of priorities. Marietta has 2 beautiful daughters and the ‘lights of her life’ are her lovely grandchildren.
