I'm a senior marketing leader and narrative strategist with a decade of experience building brand systems, content ecosystems, and demand generation programs for B2B companies navigating growth, change, and repositioning.

My experience and skill set is one most organizations struggle to find and enables me to bring strategic clarity and executional discipline. I build the frameworks that aligns how an organization sees itself with how its market experiences it, and then I build the digital ecosystems to deliver that story consistently, at scale, across every channel and touchpoint.

I closed MarketAPeel in 2026 to pursue what I've been building toward: a senior role inside an ambitious organization where I can own the outcomes, not just advise on them. I want the team, the resources, and the scope to build marketing that compounds — and I'm ready for it.

Where I Work Best

I do my best work when I have a problem worth solving, the authority to solve it properly, and a team to bring it to life.

I'm the person organizations come to when something important isn't landing — when the product is strong but the market doesn't get it yet, when the messaging is fractured across teams, when the story exists in someone's head but hasn't made it onto the page or into the pitch. I thrive in that gap between what an organization knows and what its audience understands. Closing it is the work I find genuinely energizing.

I'm a creative thinker who works best with real responsibility. A mandate, a team, and enough trust to make decisions. I'm knowledge-driven by nature: I read widely, think in systems, and tend to be the person colleagues come to when they need clarity on something complex or a fresh angle on a problem that's been stuck.

Over nearly a decade at MarketAPeel, I created content, told brand stories, built systems, GTM strategies, content ecosystems, and demand generation programs for B2B SME companies, organizations, and thought leaders navigating growth and repositioning. Here’s what it looked like:

  • Built and deployed a custom AI assistant (Ask Shannon) trained on a decade of professional knowledge, frameworks, and methodology, demonstrating applied understanding of how AI knowledge systems work in practice, not just in theory

  • Developed brand positioning frameworks and narrative architectures that translated complex technical products into clear, conversion-driving value propositions for non-technical buyers

  • Built lifecycle marketing systems achieving 60%+ email open rates and 6–10% CTR through audience segmentation, behavioural triggers, and AI-augmented workflow design, including prompt-engineered content pipelines and AI-assisted lead qualification

  • Designed AI-powered demand generation systems with automated lead scoring, behavioural classification, and real-time sales routing — generating 60–100 qualified leads per 1,000 contacts

  • Produced and hosted 100+ BrandAPeel Podcast episodes — full ownership from concept through distribution and repurposing

  • Designed and executed 5 branded APeeling Summits — multi-speaker virtual conferences with live production, sponsorship programs, and evergreen content ecosystems

  • Managed 300+ B2B SaaS accounts at HomeStars with a 15% retention improvement through structured lifecycle engagement programs

  • Built sales enablement libraries: positioning frameworks, competitive battlecards, objection guides, case studies, and segment-specific messaging

  • Spoke at 20+ professional conferences and facilitation engagements across B2B marketing, brand strategy, and leadership topics

  • Published multiple books on brand storytelling, digital marketing, and thought leadership strategy
