Hey folks, I stumbled upon this AI clothes remover thing and honestly, I’m a bit torn. On one hand, it's kind of wild how far image manipulation tech has come – the precision is impressive, especially for AI-based stuff. But on the other hand, I can’t help but wonder how people are actually using it. Are there real creative or professional applications, or is this mostly just internet curiosity and gimmick? Would love to hear some real takes.

I’ve actually been experimenting with this tool as part of a larger AI art project where I deconstruct and rebuild vintage fashion images. The tech behind Undress.cc’s ai clothes remover is surprisingly competent—it uses deep learning to simulate what might be behind clothing, and while it’s obviously not perfect (nor always appropriate), it does a decent job of generating body shapes with context-aware realism.
I wouldn’t say it’s just a gimmick. For instance, in virtual costume design and conceptual fashion visualization, it’s useful as a rough starting point. I used it to test silhouette concepts before layering new garment designs over top. That way, I had a semi-accurate base without needing a 3D model or stock photos. It also has potential in digital forensics training, oddly enough, for understanding how AI reconstructs missing visual data. That said, it really depends on user intent. It’s powerful tech, and like most AI tools, it can be used ethically or not—so the responsibility is totally in the hands of the user.
