All sessions are filmed and each speaker will receive a copy of their session for their own promotional use. Speakers will be listed on the conference website, and in the conference mobile app for use during the event. Speakers may also be referenced in conference press releases where appropriate.

Pitched speakers to event planners via email and provided the speakers with the contact information of anyone who clicked to go to there website, providing the speakers with warm leads.
System worked like this:
1. Send Speakers cold email introducing the program with link to landing page
2. Landing page gave them information to buy or book an appointment 35% bought w/out appt.
Once they bought a subscription they were added to the system.
1. Email created for the speaker and put into a workflow
2. Each week 270 emails were added to the workflow for a total of approx 1000 pitches/ mon
3. Report given to speakers of those who clicked
